Checking the status of a QuickBooks order and printing a receipt

To check the status of a QuickBooks order:

1. Go to the Order Status Web page.
2. Enter your last name, phone number, and credit card number, OR the order number and the billing zip code.
3. Click Get Status.

If you would like a copy of the receipt for your order, print the Order Status screen when it appears.

Note: If you used a gift card to purchase QuickBooks, please call Merchant Services at 800-558-9558 and ask for Gift Card Services to check the status of your order.
