To enable your company file's Estimate perference:
- Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences.
- In the Preferences window, click Jobs & Estimates in the list on the left.
- Click the Company Preferences tab.
- Set the "Do you Create Estimates?" preference to Yes.
- Click OK
