The To be Printed field remains checked after printing an invoice

What is happening

Detailed Instructions

To repair the template:

  1. Select the Lists menu and select Templates.
  2. Right-click the invoice template that is causing the problem and select Duplicate.
  3. Right-click the invoice causing the problem again and select Make Template Inactive.
  4. Click the Open Form button.
  5. In the upper right corner, click the Template drop-down arrow and select the new template.
  6. Complete the invoice, and then click Save & Close.
  7. Select the File menu and select Print Forms > Invoices.
  8. Select the invoice you created and click OK.
  9. Check that the invoice does not appear in the Select Invoices to Print window.
