Payroll tax table disk delivery--disk damaged or missing

Overview

The QuickBooks Payroll tax table Disk Delivery service is offered (for an additional fee) only to preexisting QuickBooks Standard or Enhanced Payroll Service subscribers who are unable to connect to the Internet. It's not available to new customers or customers who use or want to use the Direct Deposit service.
