In the original version of QuickBooks (the one you are converting from):
To remove shortcuts from the Icon Bar:
- Login as one of your users
- Click on View>Customize Icon Bar
- Click the Open PO List under the Icon bar Content
- Click the Delete button
- With each user follow steps 1-5 until none have the Open PO List as a shortcut.
If you continue to get this message, there may be other shortcuts causing the problem as well. . You can remove all the shortcuts from the icon bar and set them up again later.
To change the Admin user password:
- Log in as the Admin user
- Click on Company>Set Up Users and Passwords>Change your password
To delete all users but the Admin user:
- Log in as the Admin user
- Click on Company>Set Up Users and Passwords>Set up Users
- On the User List, click on each user that is not the (Admin User) one at a time
- Click Delete User
