How do I find out how many user licenses I have?
Open QuickBooks.
Press the F2 key.
You may need to minimize the Help window before pressing F2.
In the top left corner of the Product Information window, note the number of licenses listed under User Licenses.

Go to the Help menu and click Manage My License.
Click Buy additional user license.
