Add users to my QuickBooks license

QuickBooks Pro and Premier allow up to five users to work in a company file at the same time based on the number of user licenses you have.

How do I find out how many user licenses I have?

  1. Open QuickBooks.

  2. Press the F2 key.

    You may need to minimize the Help window before pressing F2.

  3. In the top left corner of the Product Information window, note the number of licenses listed under User Licenses.

If you need to have more than five users access your company file

Find current pricing information for adding users to your license

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Manage My License.

  2. Click Buy additional user license.

  3. Click the Add Seats Online link for current pricing.

Why isn't "Buy additional user license" available?

To purchase additional user licenses

  5.
