See the detail behind the numbers

When you create a report that summarizes groups of transactions, you can get more detail about any amount in the report.

To do this task

1. Go to the Reports menu and open a summary report.

2. In the report, click the amount you're interested in. reports^using reports, reports, QuickZoom in, showing detail in reports, . A new report appears. reports^using reports, reports, QuickZoom in, showing detail in reports, . The report lists the individual transactions that make up the summary amount.

3. To see the details behind the transaction, when you see , click the transaction.
