Sort a report by columns

To do this task

1. Go to the Reports menu and open the report you want to modify.

1. In the report toolbar, click the Sort By drop-down list () and choose a column to sort.

2. Click the Ascending/Descending button next to the drop-down list to toggle between sorting that column in ascending or descending order.
