Edit a payroll service key

To do this task

1. Go to the Payroll Center and click My Payroll Service near the top of the window.

2. Click Manage Service Key.

3. Click the Edit button.

4. In the QuickBooks Service Sign-Up window, change the service key in the Service Key field.

5. The Federal EIN field may be prefilled with your company's EIN.

   If it isn't, click Leave, and then go to the File menu and click Company Information. . Enter the EIN and click OK. . Back in the QuickBooks Service Sign-Up window, click the Edit button. . The EIN should now appear.

6. Click Next and then click Finish.
