QuickBooks keyboard shortcuts

By pressing different combinations of keys on your keyboard, you can quicklyperform common tasks within QuickBooks.

Here are just a few of the things that you can do.

• You can open windows.

  Example: To open the Write Checks window, press Ctrl + W.(This means hold down the Control key while pressing W.)

• You can edit pre-filled data.

  Example: To increase or decrease a date by one day, press -(minus key) or + (plus key)

• You can move around a window.

  Example: To move to the next field in a window, press Tab.To move to the previous field, press Shift + Tab.
