Start the CDR review tasks
Displays transactions with changed sales tax codes or a difference between the tax collected and the tax payable.
Add Review Notes
The Review Notes are always visible in the upper right in the CDR Center. for accountants, PFF Center, . To edit the notes, click the word Edit above the Review Notes box. for accountants, PFF Center, . You can add text, as desired. for accountants, PFF Center, . Click Save to save the new text or Cancel to discard any changes.
Note:Review Notes are saved from review to review. for accountants, PFF Center, . If you start a new review, the Review Notes from the last review are visible.
Add notes to each task
There is an icon for task notes for each task in the CDR Center. for accountants, PFF Center, . To view or edit the notes, click on the icon to open the notes. for accountants, PFF Center, . You can add text, as desired. for accountants, PFF Center, . Click Save to save the new text or Cancel to discard any changes.

Complete and print a review
Modify the review period or basis
Click the Modify Review link at the top of the CDR Center, to the right of the basis and review period to change either the period or the basis. for accountants, PFF Center, . In the Start Review window that opens, select a new basis or period and click Start Review. for accountants, PFF Center, . The current review is now modified, and no task notes are deleted.
Start the non-CDR tasks
Open Working Trial Balance - displays the Working Trial Balance in a separate window.
Customers - displays the Customer list.
Vendors - displays the Vendor list.
Review AR Aging Detail Report - displays the A/R Aging Detail Report in a separate window.
Evaluate and Correct 1099 Account Mapping - displays the Working Trial Balance in a separate window.
Open Working Trial Balance - displays the Working Trial Balance in a separate window.
Open Working Trial Balance - displays the 1099 Detail Report in a separate window.
Review AP Aging Detail Report - displays the A/P Aging Detail Report in a separate window.
Adjust Sales Tax Payable - opens the Sales Tax Adjustment window directly.
Set Closing Date and Password - opens the Set Closing Date and Password window directly.
Review QB Preferences - opens the Preferences window directly.
Print or save a review summary
The review summary shows the review period and basis, all tasks in the review as customized, task notes and task status for each of these tasks, the review notes, and the date the summary was printed. for accountants, PFF Center, . Select Print to send the summary to the default printer, or Save as PDF to save it in pdf format.
