anyone with the proper permissions full access to transactions entered on or

a history of your closing date changes in the Closing Date Exceptions

To do this task
Open the accounting preferences.
Opening accounting preferences
On the Company Preferences tab, delete the date in the Closing Date section.
Click OK.
