This report shows the overall totals of deposits/credits and checks/payments cleared in a previous reconciliation. You can compare a printed copy of the report directly against a bank statement to spot discrepancies between your QuickBooks records and your financial institution's records.
Important: The report totals reflect only transactions that were cleared
in the Reconcile window. Transactions cleared in the account register do
not contribute to the totals shown in the report.
Go to the Reports menu, choose Banking, and then click Previous Reconciliation.
In the Account field, select the account for which you want to view a previous reconciliation report.
Select the statement ending date of the report.
In the Type of Report field, select Summary.
