Go to the Customer, Vendor, or Employee Center.
Click the Customers & Jobs, Vendors, or Employees tab.
Go to the Word menu and make a choice:
To prepare a letter for a specific person: Select
the person. Click the Word drop-down arrow and then click "Prepare Letter
To prepare letters for multiple people: Click the
Word drop-down arrow and then click Prepare Customer Letters, Prepare
Vendor Letters, or Prepare Employee Letters.
To prepare collection letters (Customer Center only):
Click the Word drop-down arrow and then click "Prepare Collection Letters".
Go to the Company menu and click Prepare Letters with Envelopes.
Click the type of letter you want to prepare.
