Turn off the Spell Checker preference

Note: The Spell Check feature is automatically on by default.

  1. Open the spelling preferences.

    To do this task
    1. Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences.

    2. In the Preferences window, click Spelling in the list on the left.

  2. Clear the checkbox Always check spelling before printing or saving on EVERY form.

Once Spell Checker has been turned off, you can check the spelling on a sales form by clicking Spelling in the form's toolbar.
