Track shipments with Shipping Manager

Follow one of these methods to track shipments sent through the QuickBooks Shipping Manager:

  • Choose File > Shipping, and click FedEx Shipping Options, UPS Shipping Options, or USPS Shipping Options. Then click Track or Cancel a Shipment.

  • Choose Customers > Create Invoices. Click the Ship drop-down arrow and click FedEx Shipping Options, UPS Shipping Options, or USPS Shipping Options. Then click Track or Cancel a Shipment.

  • Choose Customers > Enter Sales Receipts. Click the Ship drop-down arrow and click FedEx Shipping Options, UPS Shipping Options, or USPS Shipping Options. Then click Track or Cancel a Shipment.

A window appears where you can track and cancel recent shipments.

To find out more about managing your shipments, click the Help button inside the Shipping Manager.
