The contact names listed are contact manager records that are to be added to
QuickBooks but do not have a QuickBooks list associated with them. They cannot
be synchronized until you indicate which list they belong to in QuickBooks.
Highlight each name.
Choose the list (Customer, Vendor, or Other Name) from the drop-down list.
When the synchronization occurs, these names automatically receive the QB
Customer, QB Vendor, or QB Other category.
Highlight each name you want to exclude.
Choose Ask Me Later from the drop-down list.
You will get the chance to include these records the next time you synchronize.
Choose Never Sync from the drop-down list.
When the synchronization occurs, these names automatically receive
the QB Ignore category.
