A wizard error message may occur for a number of reasons.
If you encounter an error message, click the Back button and:
Make sure that if you have to enter a password or PIN twice, that you enter it both times correctly.
Make sure that you have entered the correct upper and lower case characters for a user name, sign in name, password, or PIN (and make sure that you haven't accidentally pressed the Caps Lock key).
Make sure that you have entered your user name or sign in name correctly.
