Troubleshoot online banking errors

Before trying these troubleshooting suggestions, make sure that online banking is set up correctly. You may also want to test your Internet connection.

Fixing specific errors

  • OL-60: An incorrect password or PIN has been entered several times in a row

  • OL-202: QuickBooks could not connect to the financial institution

  • OL-203 or OL-205: QuickBooks could not establish an Internet connection

  • OL-206: QuickBooks cannot access an account at the financial institution

  • OL-209: Unable to read a response

  • OL-231 or OL-232: QuickBooks was unable to obtain or update important information

  • OL-301: The financial institution sent an error message

  • OL-332: The financial institution did not recognize your Customer ID or PIN or password

  • OL-334:An incorrect password or PIN has been entered several times in a row

  • OL-393: QuickBooks and your financial institution cannot exchange data because they have different information for an account
