You may get this secondary error message if you were setting up an online account when there was a problem with the financial institution's Internet banking system or your Internet connection.
Usually, this message only means that QuickBooks was not able to download information about what online services your financial institution offers. In this case, the error will not stop you from setting up your online account or using online banking.
However, if you were setting up online vendor payment and “Intuit Services Corporation” appears in your list of financial institutions, contact QuickBooks Technical Support for help updating the list.
