After you download transactions, they appear in your Items Received list. You can then open and work with them.
To do this task
In the Online Banking Center, go to the Financial Institution drop-down arrow and click the name of the financial institution from where you downloaded the transactions.
Go to the Items Received list and click the number in the No. to Review column.
Click the View button.
The Add Transactions to QuickBooks window shows the transactions that your financial institution has processed since your last download. It also shows transactions that are still not matched from previous downloads.
