If you have a direct connection to your financial institution, you can send and receive messages from them. When you are done with a message, you may want to delete it.
Important: You cannot get deleted messages back later.
You can only delete messages you have created but not sent yet.
To do this task
Open the Online Banking Center.
Go to the Financial Institution drop-down arrow and click the financial institution you wrote the message to.
Go to the Items to Send list and single-click the message you want to delete to select it.
What can I delete here?
Click the Delete button.
Some messages that require you to do something cannot be deleted until you take the appropriate action.
Go to the Financial Institution drop-down arrow and click the financial institution you got the message from.
Go to the Items Received list and do one of the following:
Single-click the message you want to delete to select it, and then click the Delete button.
Click each message you want to delete to give it a checkmark, and make sure that no other items in the list have checkmarks. Then click the Delete Checked button.
