Send instructions to financial institutions

To do this task

  1. Open the Online Banking Center. Open the Online Banking Center

  2. Click the Financial Institution drop-down arrow and then click the financial institution to connect to.

  3. Click the Send/Receive Transactions button. (If no accounts are selected, the button changes to Send Transactions.)

  4. Enter your password and then click OK.

If you had any items queued to send in the No. to send list, they are sent to your financial institution.

QuickBooks then downloads items from your financial institution, such as cleared transactions and messages. These appear in the Items Received list. How do I view them?
