Find the Download command on a web site

Each financial institution has its own rules and methods for downloading transactions, so we can only offer general guidance.

  1. First, look for a button like this:

    Download to QuickBooks

  2. If you don't see the button, sign in to the web site.

  3. On the web site, do one of the following:

    1. Go to the section of the web site for downloading transactions by clicking a button, choosing an option from a menu, or clicking a link called something like Download statements, Download transactions, or Export to software.

    2. Choose the account you want a statement for, and QuickBooks as the software to download to.

    3. Click a button or link called something like Download, Export, or Send to have the web site send the statement.

    or

    1. Go to the account you want transactions downloaded for.

    2. Request a statement for the account by clicking a button, choosing an option from a menu, or clicking a link called something like Download statements, Download transactions, or Export to software.

    3. Choose QuickBooks as the software to download to.

    4. Click a button or link called something like Download, Export, or Send to have the web site send the statement.
