Online account is not recognized

This problem may occur for any of these reasons:

  • There may be a typo in your logon information. Try connecting again.

    If you have a direct connection to your financial institution, check the logon information for the account.

  • Your financial institution may not have activated your online service yet. Try waiting a day or two and then try again. If you get the same error, contact your financial institution.

  • If your account was working but isn't now, try troubleshooting the problem.
