To use online banking or online vendor payment in QuickBooks, you must activate online services, get a special PIN, or both.
If you have activated QuickBooks online services already or have your special PIN, select that option and click Next to go to the next wizard screen.
If you have not activated QuickBooks online services or do not have your special PIN, select that option and click Next to go to a wizard screen containing contact information for your financial institution.
Your financial institution will activate online services, if necessary, and send you:

Important: You cannot set up online services in QuickBooks without this information.
