This transaction appears to be either a payment from a customer or else a deposit you made. It is not in QuickBooks yet.
To add the transaction to QuickBooks, you can either
Use a business form, to:
Apply the customer payment to an open invoice.
Mark payments you received as deposited.
Add other information to the transaction that you can't add in the register.
Use the register, if the transaction is not related to any invoice or deposit in QuickBooks.
Add to Register
Add In Make Deposits
Add in Receive Payments
Do not prompt me with this choice again
