Finding out if the Merchant Service has processed credit card transactions

To learn which credit card transactions have been processed by the Merchant Service, create a transaction report using the Merchant Service Manager.

  1. Go to the Customers menu, choose Credit Card Processing Activities, and then click Manage Merchant Service.

  2. Enter your merchant account user name and password, and then click Login. If you do not know this information, contact Merchant Service for QuickBooks at 800-558-9558.

  3. Click the Search Transactions link at the top of the window.

  4. Click the Basic Search or Advanced Search tab, then enter the criteria you need to create a transaction report.

  5. Click Submit to generate the report.

Note: For more information on creating reports, click the Help link in the Manage Merchant Service window.
