Finding outstanding customer credits

  1. Choose Reports > Customers & Receivables > Open Invoices.

    Initially, the report shows open invoices and outstanding credits for all customers.

  2. Filter the report to show only credits.

    • Click Customize Report.

    • In the Modify Report window, click the Filters tab and then choose Transaction Type from the Filter list.

    • Click the Transaction Type drop-down list and choose Credit Memo.

  3. (Optional) Filter the report to show only the credits for a particular customer or job.

    • In the Modify Report window, click the Filters tab and then choose Name from the Filter list.

    • Click the Name drop-down list and choose the customer or job.
