Before you can scan checks, you'll need Intuit Check Solution for QuickBooks account.
Once you have a merchant account, make sure you've installed and set up your scanner. Now you're ready to scan checks into QuickBooks.
Choose Customers - Check Processing Activities - Scan Checks.
Follow the onscreen instructions to scan and process checks.
