This is a commercial card (Merchant Service)

This screen appears if QuickBooks detects that the card you are processing is a commercial Visa or MasterCard (for example, a Visa Purchasing card or MasterCard Purchasing Card). When you process commercial credit card transactions with QuickBooks, it is recommended that you also capture and transmit additional information referred to as Level II data, which includes sales tax and in some cases customer code.

Complete the additional field(s) and click Send to process the transaction.

Sales Tax Amount

Confirm the Sales Tax Amount for the transaction. QuickBooks prefills this field with the sales tax entered on the corresponding sales form or forms. For non-taxable transactions, Sales Tax Amount is 0.00.
