The Visa Corporate card is a specific type of commercial credit card used by businesses. In QuickBooks, when you process a transaction using a Visa Corporate card, it is recommended that you submit the sales tax amount.
Confirm the Sales tax Amount for the transaction. QuickBooks prefills this
field with the sales tax entered on the corresponding sales form or forms. For
non-taxable transactions, Sales tax Amount is 0.00.
Note: Visa requires that the sales tax amount be either 0 or between
0.1% and 22% of the sales total. QuickBooks checks to make sure
the sales tax amount you enter falls within this range, but this amount is not reported to any tax agency.
