If an e-mail message could not be delivered, it could be because your e-mail service was temporarily unavailable when you sent the message. Or, you may have used an incorrect e-mail address.

To do this task

  1. Contact your customer to verify the person's e-mail address.

    If the address is incorrect, display the Customers & Jobs list, double-click the customer's name, and then enter the correct address on the Address Info tab.

  2. Make sure you can send regular e-mail to the person.

  3. Try sending the invoice, statement, or estimate again.

  4. Ask your customer to notify you when it arrives.
