To see how the QuickBooks mailing service works, you can mail a sample
invoice to yourself. This will let you see exactly what your customers will see
when you sign up for the service. Intuit will mail the invoice to the company
address printed on the invoice. Note, however, that you can only request a
total of three samples, no more than one sample every 14 days.
To do this task
Go to the Customers menu and click Create Invoices.
Create an invoice.
From the toolbar, click the Send drop-down arrow and choose Mail Invoice.
From the Send Invoice window, click Send Me a Sample.
