Tax coupons for many state tax payments—also known as tax payment vouchers
or deposit reports—are available in QuickBooks to subscribers of QuickBooks
Enhanced Payroll. To create a tax coupon, follow the same steps for creating
a payroll tax form.
Note: When you create a payment coupon, QuickBooks fills it in with
the amount you accrued during the time period you specify. It does not take
into account whether you have already made any payments on those amounts. If
you need to modify any of the amounts QuickBooks enters on the form, you can
edit the form directly.
