You may want to print and mail your payroll liability check and payroll tax form if, for example, you haven't completed agency enrollment (if required) or you missed an electronic filing deadline.
To print and mail your payment and form, the payment and filing methods in QuickBooks must be set to Print and Mail.
To do this task
Close the message window (if a message window is open).
Open the Payroll Center.
Create and print a payroll liability check.
Create and print the payroll tax form. (Be sure to review and print the filing instructions provided in the payroll tax form window.)
Use the filing instructions to send the payment and form to the agency. Be sure to mail the payment and form together.
