The E-payment History window shows a summary of recently submitted e-payments. In this window, you can review a summary of each payment, view an audit trail of the transmission, view details of the payment, and, if a payment was rejected, find out why and what you need to do next.

To view the audit trail for a particular e-payment, click the View link next to the scheduled tax payment. The audit trail appears in the Audit Trail window.
Note: This is not the same as the audit trail that QuickBooks uses to track changed information about transactions such as checks, invoices, and bill payments.
Click a link that represents a scheduled tax payment in the Payment column.
The payment appears in the Liability Payment window. You can review the itemized payroll taxes and amounts included in this payment.
If the e-payment is rejected by the agency, the agency returns a rejection code, a message, and a solution that's unique to your situation. Agencies might reject an e-payment if, for example, you haven't enrolled in the electronic payment program (if the agency requires enrollment).
