Processing times for vary from agency to agency. Some agencies may process transactions immediately and others can take from 24 to 48 hours after you submit the payment or form from QuickBooks.
Open the Payroll Center. (Go to the Employees menu and click Payroll Center.)
In the Pay Scheduled Liabilities section, click Check E-payment Status.
The payment status appears in the E-payment History window.
In the File Tax Forms section, click Check Filing Status.
The filing status appears in the E-filing History window.
