Miscellaneous state and local payroll taxes that QuickBooks supports

QuickBooks supports many miscellaneous state and local taxes. You set up these taxes by creating payroll items of the "other tax" type. If the tax you want is not on the list of preset "other taxes," you can create a user-defined tax.

For most of the preset taxes, QuickBooks provides all the information you need. During setup, you may be asked for your company's rate if the rate varies by company.
