that QuickBooks does not fill in automatically, click the View details about
this form link, in the bottom left corner of the payroll tax form window. Show me
When you prepare a payroll tax form in QuickBooks, QuickBooks gathers the form data from your company file and displays it in a separate window. The "View details about this form" link appears on the lower section of the window. When you click the link a form-specific Help topic appears with information about the fields on that form.
This displays detailed information about individual entry boxes on the form.
