Before you print W-2 forms, you can review the W-2 worksheet for each employee who worked for you at any time during the year. If you notice anything missing,
or if you want to adjust for something you don't track on paychecks, you can edit some of the fields for that Form W-2.
Important: If you are uncertain about how to report a specific benefit or amount on the W-2 form, consult your accountant or federal tax
Open the Payroll Tax Form window.
Select the employees whose W-2 Worksheets you plan to review now.
Can I process my W-2 forms in employee groups?
Click Next and examine the information displayed on the first employee's form.
If necessary, enter corrections for Boxes 1 through 20.
If employee or employer information is incorrect in Boxes b through f, close the form.
Change employer information in the company information screen.
Edit employee information in the employee record.

How do I use the List of Selected Employees?
The List of Selected Employees is displayed during the Form W-2/W-3 interview and contains a list of the employees you selected for Form W-2 processing. You can use this list to track and reconcile the W-2 forms you prepare and distribute to your employees and to the tax agencies.
Tip: For additional help tracking and reconciling Forms W-2, refer to the Reconciling Forms W-2, W-3, 941, 943, 944, CT-1, and Schedule H (Form 1040) section in the Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3 provided by the IRS.
Click Save & Close to save any changes you made and to record your review of the employee's W-2 worksheet in the Select Employees Reviewed column.
