QuickBooks Basic Payroll allows you to efficiently process your employees' paychecks and automates the calculation of earnings, deductions, and payroll taxes. You have the option of getting up-to-date state and federal
tax tables, no matter how many times they change throughout the year.

Full integration with QuickBooks lets you avoid errors from re-entering
data, since the information you need is already right there. Using QuickBooks, you can:
Pay payroll liabilities, and download the latest federal and state tax table updates 24x7.
Print paychecks and pay stubs from your desktop, or offer your employees the convenience of having
their paychecks deposited directly into their bank accounts using the Direct Deposit feature.
Federal and State tax forms are not included with this service. However, you could use some other methods to gather information about payroll tax forms.
