  • The Sick Available and Vacation Avail. fields show the total number of hours accrued for this employee.

  • The Sick Accrued and Vac. Accrued fields show the number of hours accrued during this pay period.

  • The Do not accrue sick/vac checkbox lets you stop accruing sick and/or vacation time for this paycheck if, for example, the check is for a bonus or a commission. To disable the sick and vacation accrual for this paycheck, select this checkbox.
