If an employee's wage rate or salary changes, change it in the
employee's payroll information record. After you modify the employee's
record, the rate change will be applied when you create a new paycheck.
To do this task
Click Employee Center.
Click the Employees tab.
If the employee is already on the list, double-click the employee's name.
If the employee is not yet on the list, click New Employee at the top of the list.
Click the Change tabs drop-down arrow and then click Payroll and Compensation Info.
In the Earnings section of the Payroll Info tab, enter the new salary or
hourly wage rate.
Click OK to record your changes.
