Add additional companies to your existing Employment Regulations guide subscription

This feature is available only if you purchase the Employee Organizer.

A single subscription to the Employment Regulations Update service enables you to get updates for multiple company files.

To add another company to your existing Employment Regulations Guide subscription:

  1. Open the QuickBooks company file that you want to add.

  2. Go to the Employees menu, choose Employee Organizer, and then click Get Employment Regulations Updates.

  3. Click Subscribe.

    Your current subscription information and the EIN to be added are displayed.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. View the Confirmation page, and then click Done.
