Delete a role

Only the QuickBooks Administrator can do this task.

  1. Go to the Company menu, click Users, and then click Set Up Users and Roles.

  2. Click the Role List tab and then click the role you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.
