Time Tracking role permissions

The Time Tracking role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:

Accounting

  • No access.

Banking

  • No access.

Centers

  • View access to the Customer Center, Vendor Center, and Employee Center.

Company

  • Full access to Remote Access.

Customers & Receivables

  • No access.

Employees & Payroll

  • No access.

File

  • No access.

Lists

  • View access to the Item and Other Names lists.

Reports

  • Full access to Time reports.

Sales tax

  • View access to the Sales tax Code List and to Sales tax Items.

  • View access to Tax Agencies on the Tax Agency Info tab in the Vendor Center.

Time Tracking

  • Full access to all Time Tracking activities: Single Time Activity, Weekly Timesheet, Timer Import, and Timer Export.

Vendors & Payables

  • No access.
