The Sales role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:
Full access to the Customer Center.
View access to the Employee Center.
Full access to Remote Access and Synchronize Contacts.
Customers & Receivables
Full access to estimates, invoices, sales orders, and sales receipts.
Employees & Payroll
Full access to the Customer Message, Customer Type, Job Type,
Sales Rep, and Templates lists.
View access to all other lists, except the Chart of Accounts, Vendor Type, and Payroll Item
Full access to Sales reports.
View access to the Sales tax Code List and to Sales tax Items.
View access to Tax Agencies on the Tax Agency Info tab in the Vendor Center.
