Purchasing role permissions

The Purchasing role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:

Accounting

  • No access.

Banking

  • No access.

Centres

  • View access to the Customer Centre and Employee Centre.

  • Full access to the Centre.

Company

  • Full access to Remote Access.

Customers & Receivables

  • No access.

Employees & Payroll

  • No access.

File

  • No access.

Lists

  • Full access to the Item, Type, and Templates lists.

  • View access to all other lists, except Customer Message, Sales Rep, and Payroll Item lists.

Reports

  • Full access to Inventory reports.

  • Full access to Purchases reports.

Sales tax

  • View access to the Sales tax Code List and to Sales tax Items.

  • View access to Tax Agencies on the Tax Agency Info tab in the .

Time Tracking

  • No access.

& Payables

  • Full access to Purchase Orders and the Purchase Orders list.
