Payroll Processor role permissions

The Payroll Processor role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:

Accounting

  • No access.

Banking

  • No access.

Centers

  • Full access to the Employee Center.

  • No access.

Company

  • Full access to Remote Access.

Sales tax

  • View access to the Sales tax Code List and to Sales tax Items.

  • View access to Tax Agencies on the Tax Agency Info tab in the Vendor Center.

Customers & Receivables

  • No access.

Employees & Payroll

  • Full access to all Paychecks,Pay Employees, Payroll Liabilities, and Payroll Service Activities.

File

  • No access.

Lists

  • Full access to Payroll Item list.

A note about Payroll Service Activities

Defined as all activities under the Payroll Services menu.

Reports

  • Full access to all Employees & Payroll reports.

  • Full access to Time and & Payables reports.

Time Tracking

  • No access.

Vendors & Payables

  • No access.
